Have any luck yet? If not try x21 multi only and 1.3-1.45 Vcore, with turbo disabled.

The above settings are 4.3Ghz if you guys didn't notice, so that could be the issue

Your memory is also CAS 9, so you may want to try that first for now until you get going, then you can try CAS 8

Hi just wanted to say i tried those settings below and damn that was a disaster.
i had to clear cmos to reboot.
C1 error on the LED post and pc wouldnt even start. also tried 9-9-9-24 latencies and had the same issue.
        Damn anyone ?

So to sum up those are the stable settings i could run my system.
One thing to note is when setting the QPI Link speed to x26 and QPI Uncore Frequency to manual values this is where the problem begins even when the settings i run now.
          Those are:

Next theres a screen shot of my pc running prime95.
Notice the 1.280v, and now at idle cpu-z displays 1.318v. ;p i mean what is going on pls ?

              Re: Gigabyte X58 UD7 , Core I7 930 D0 and Corsair Dominator GT 2000MHz

^^^ its caused by vdroop, the cpu is sucking power under load causing your voltages to drop slightly, you have llc(load line calibration)enabled? it helps to prevent this, also i see you have c1e and eist enabled this will also reduce cpu voltage so that the cpu will only use the amount it needs according to load so that also could be why your seeing less cpu voltage, this is normal you dont need to enable llc only for 4ghz+ clocks

Hmmm yes i have all those features enabled, as i feel for my cpu and dont want it to use full volt all the time ;)
Ok then i got this now.

1900Mhz and 4ghz seems like a faraway galaxy for me now :D

well i know its hot in cyprus hotter than the uk but aslong as you have good cooling you should be able to reach 4ghz safely, try doing it in stages like 3.8ghz get that stable then 3.9ghz then 4ghz

yeah it gets quite hot with a room temp of 31.5celcius now at 05:48pm and its not even june :P
maybe i should stick with 3980Mhz for now. if the only way to go up is raise volt and temps :D

I think you are not trying enough Vcore or QPI/Vtt, try 1.425 Vcore for now and see if it boots, you can lower later. Also try 1.35-1.45 QPI/Vtt as you have been, but don't start right away with 1.4-1.45.

You may also need to use x20-21 Uncore to start with instead of 22

One thing to note is when setting the QPI Link speed to x26 and QPI Uncore Frequency to manual values this is where the problem begins even when the settings i run now.
