How to setup RAM to 1333 on EPT43T-UDL3 with INTEL Dual Core E5300

Hello,

I have EPT43T-UDL3 with INTEL Dual Core E5300 2,6 GHZ and two 2GB 1333 memory modules
But system is incredibly slow and this happend when i added second 2GB module.

Can someone please direct me how to setup fsb and memory timing stuff to get ram to 1333 Mhz

Are both modules identical?
Please post a link to memory specs.
With E5300 it might niot be at all possible, not all of them are capable of 333MHz FSB that is the minimum required for DDR-1333.
