There a few newer BIOSes that list memory compatibility/enhancements fixes, that may (or may not) help.
      Latest is a beta BIOS.
If you choose to update read http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/bios...h-guide-27576/
Do not flash with OC settings.

        V core in Bios:1.34
        CPU Termination: 1.300
        MCH core: 1.240
        VDRAM.1.90
        FSB:360 (x10=3600 Ghz)
        Memoria multi: 333x4b=1440
        CPU Clock Drive 800
        PCI express clock drive:900
        CPU Clock Skew =0ps
        MCH Clock Skwe=0ps

This config, seems to be stable, But the RAM speed is set to 1440 beacouse about this value ths ystem fails. Below 1440 I do any conbination with any problem. I reach 1440 using Latch 333 x 4b. FSB is 360

What about temperaure full load and stressing?

Temperatures are OK but I can't compare them to anything as I have never used Everest for stress test.

I can improve cooling if it,s needed., what make me feel crazy it,s the fact I can,t use this MB with 1600 .Im considering buy another type of MB and brand, i tell you. I have see this Corsair RAM,s working easily at 1600 and more with the same CPU I use and very simple sets.I guess the problem is the MB itself

              1600 what?
First of all memory frequency is not all that important, not worth throwing a 100+ bucks on a new MB.
Second I have already pointed there are a few new BIOS updates, untill you haven't tried them don't give up.

                  Re: EP45C-DS3 Vcore steps ??

Yes, please try the latest BIOS, you are using a very old one. Be sure you flash properly and safely, and load/apply optimized, then reboot back to the BIOS and make your necessary changes such as SATA/Disk settings and memory voltage before going to windows.

Then reboot again and try some overclocking. Can you add a fan to your northbridge? 60-80mm pointed at it may help, if the NB is overheating.

I doubt that is an issue though, at least now anyway because you can't even boot so heat could not be the cause.

Once you update your BIOS and try again, if things fail please give us your new failed settings and we can advise back. The board is not the problem, just BIOS and settings.
