    Just curious, why do you have to set the PCI Express Clock Drive to 700mV? You may want to set it back to 900mV

    Also, why do you have to set those settings? I suggest to leave it Auto for now.

    Also set Vcore, VTT, PLL, to the value on the left, don't set it on Auto. And is your DRAM Voltage manufacture recommended? If you're not overclocking, then set it to the manufactured voltage.

        How about the timings, PCI-E clock drive (900mV) and CPU clock drive (800mV)? You should set them back to default and auto.

          Set them to 900MV and 800Mv. Ran prime 95 and it crashed again.

            Please post your updated BIOS settings again. How long did prime95 run? How long did you test your memory sticks? What was the crash message if it was a BSOD?

                If it crashes on 12k FFT test then mostly it's a CPU problem. But your other errors seem like a memory problem or a faulty board but I'm not quite sure.

                If this still doesn't work then I suggest you to wait for Lsdmeasap or someone more experienced than me to help you. I don't see why your settings won't work. Your CPU is not overclocked at all.

                    Don't manually change the Clock Drive settings.
                    700/700 are the default values when you load Fail-Safe settings. These should be named Failure-Prone settings!
                    You want to load Optimized Bios settings before you make any bios changes. The optimized defaults change some hidden bios settings that are required for stable operation.

                    You will make it much easier for us to help you if you provide the detailed information in steps 1 - 4 in this post.
                    Please add your detailed hardware information, bios version, mobo version and a link to your memory in your forum signature and post the screen-shot in step 4.

                    Set tRFC = 72 - 74 with 8GB of memory.
                    MCH Core = 1.32 - 1.36 might be needed.
                    CPU Termination = 1.22 - 1.26 should help.

                    If these settings don't help, try testing with only 2x2GB of memory with MCH Core = 1.22 - 1.24 volts.

                      Those were seto to 700 because you were starting from fail safe BIOS settings, please start over by loading optimized defaults then save/apply/reboot BACK to the BIOS. Then make any needed changes, including your SATA/RAID Settings before going to windows.

                      Once you do this, then try your overclock again and give us your new settings. This is a must because there is setting you cannot access, and starting from fail safe will set these wrong.

                      Are your MCH/CPU ect, REF's on Auto where you entered values such as "MCH Reference….…….0.800V...........; (0.760)" or are you manually setting something? Just checking.

                      Post back your new attempts settings once you start with optimized, and also please include a link to your memory and a screenshot of Memset and CPU-z open

                              When you manually set what I asked, are you doing it properly as per the guide in my signature? If not please set them to Auto for now

                              tRD is likely the problem, 5 is to low and MCH may be too high
