ep45-dq6 gsata & pcie issues

I just purchased a ep45_dq6 and i can not get the gsata ports to work
i have tried all 4 ports two diffrent drives and three cables changed
bios settings to every diffrent setting i can think of
drives are not detected at post

plus no matter what i set the pci e frequency at it does not change
always stay's 100 mhz tried from 95 to 105
and it will not post at 105

i had this same issue with my first ud3p v1.0


current settings are e8400 @ 4.0 500x8 using f13d
