    Kingston is GREAT memory!!!
I bought 1 new memory kit back in 7/08 then 1 more new memory kit in 5/09 all suppose to be KHX8500D2K2/2GN

"again Thanks" called Memset 4.0 When I used it I found an issue with the memory being read as 2 different kits.

By artdrivers at 2009-06-29 I thought this cant be right!? The TRFC timings were even different. I said thats not right so I restarted (DEL) into bios and CTRL + F1 to tweek the timings again and there I noticed the TRFC were different as well. So I called Kingston Tech support. They asked me to remove the memory and read the numbers on the stickers that are on the heatsinks. The same they are all the same. They said that the program is reading the chip on the memory,: The everything is OK deal. (Are they programmed to say this?) "You recon" I had to ask for level 2 support. They first advised me with the same answer the other level tech support had for me. Then I explained the different TRFC. He suggested I change the TRFC timings in bios. I had to really go into details about the Gigabyte board and Phenom CPU with it's memory support that will reset these timings on P.O.S.T. back to TRFC105ns on KHX8500D2/1GN set and 127ns on KHX8500D22/2GN set. He said it could be the Gigabyte board or Bios I explaned how I flashed the bios 4 times. I explained it was a GA-MA78GM-S2H with a Penom 9600. I explained then "why is it when I reverse the memory kits (swap slots it still shows the one kit KHX8500D2/1GN @ TRFC 105ns where ever I put it and KHX8500D22/2GN @ TRFC 127ns." I got 2 very good memory modules running at 105ns pc 1100, but 2 at 127ns. They then suggested I send all four modules to them for exchange and offered cross shipping which I jumped on. Due to compatibility issues I am returning very good memory. This is an issue not neccessarily a problem. We will see. This is what I thought I purchased to begin with. Maybe I'll get it this time "You Recon?"

There are 3 Gears in a Cog Wheel Should the consumer be the cog wheel?
