I've recenlty bought GIGABYTE GA-EG45M-DS2H mainboard to fix with my old Intel Pentium D Processor 925, 3.0GHz, FSB 800Mhz.
After fixing, I can't boot up the system. The CPU HSF will run for 1 sec and die off. Followed by lightings of the power phase LED. Then complete silence for a 30secs, the same process goes on and on again.
There are 4 LED under the power phase LED, from 1 to 4,

I've checked the manual for the significance of the LEDs but there isn't explanation.
Any gurus here can aid me
