So for a BIOS setting of 1.3810V you get 1.312 in windows correct? If so, you may need more, some chips just need at lot and others do not.

Going to try now, ill edit the msg when im done.

Well on 1.28 the computer restart and default the bios,
But on 1.34 the computer restart, he didnt default the bios BUT he didnt let me to enter windows or bios so i restart the bios setting manually(from motherboard)

Anything els we can do?

* is there a chance that the power suplier isnt strong enough to hold the system on 4.0Ghz?

Not likely, Your GFX card may draw the most but I think you should for sure be fine

Keep at it, 4GHZ is a high overclock and it may take you longer then you think to get it due to the vast options on the board. It can easily be done with your setup though for sure.

Have you had anyone else take a look at it, or are you the only overclocker around? I can only offer text based help, I mean I know that may not be the best especially if you are not familiar with what causes what to do what.... ya know. I mean if I was there myself I could have you at 4Ghz in a boot or two no problem
