Everything installed... I put the Boot Drive to the Purple Ports and a DVD Optical Drive to the upper Purple port both works well. Now when I add just 1 drive to the orange slot it does not boot up.. I have the SATA0-3 enabled in f7a BIOS. Any ideas?

A drive on the orange port gets boot priority, so you have to go into BIOS and set the drive on the purple port back to the first boot device... personally I would put the boot drive on the orange SATA 0 port. The Intel ICH10 is a better controller than the Gigabyte. -
