boot trouble GA-EP45-DS3L

i just bought a GA-EP45-DS3L,Intel Core 2 Duo E840,MSI N9600GT 512M,and OCZ SLI-Ready Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) memory Model OCZ2N800SR4GK,all from newegg, i flashed bios to F10, and when the system up to a page that suppose has windows bar loading, instead, there was a blue screen poped out,and it reboots, and same problem happens again and again..(memory problems?) p.s the blue disappear so fast, i dont even have a chance to read it~~pretty sure its not my HDD's problem, i can log in with my old motherboard.or does it means i have to reinstall the system??im using my old unknown power supply(400W), sry for my bad english :D.
