New to overclocking (NEED HELP) EP45-UD3R

Never overclocked anything before, first PC build. Got lost in the BIOS :) Need some help pls

Was able to reach 3.6ghz through Easytune 400mhz x 9.0
Didn't try for more after I was told I need to OC through BIOS to get the best performance.

Stable prime95 for 9 hours.

HSF: Arctic Cooler 7 Pro - CPU Idle/load temps = 30/39

2gbx4 Ram... I would think it would require a little more tweaking than usual.

I've been looking at other peoples settings with my CPU and MB and I cant get a stable overclock.

Best I get is 3.6ghz with all other settings at default. Stable intel burn for 1 hour and 15 hrs orthos.

would like to hit 4ghz if anyone is willing to help me out. thanks in advance.
