    So far i have as follows, mind you this stable 24/7. I can push to 4Mhz but Prime causes system to reboot any ideas? . Also thought this would be better on a new thread just in case someone has the same setup.

      a bit of both, LSD if you can see anything that you would do diff please post up. For instance this is on auto ram settings apart from Driving strengh set to 1066.

        Ya, Auto is why I asked. Wasn't sure if you wanted to use Auto or just was not sure what to do.

        Here is setting ranges I would advise for you

        (G)MCH Frequency Latch...............: 333 Or 400 (Or Auto and choose multi with B/333 or D/400)

        System Memory Multiplier ..............: 2.40 (For 333 Latch ram will be 1092)
        (Or 400 Latch use 2.00 for 890 Ram speed, then you can use Much tighter timings and likely 544-12 main timings)

        Memory Frequency (Mhz) ..............: 1092
        DRAM Timing Selectable ................: [Manual]

        Standard Timing Control
        CAS Latency Time........................5
        tRCD .........................................5

          Ok for 24/7 machine im very happy with this overclock. I have tightened the timings as you mentioned and all is good, here is a screen shot.

            You should set Static Tread manually you will get much better performance, I see in your memset image it is still in Auto. That or you have something in auto still, I cant remember what all makes it show up missing in memset but I know it is Auto on something

              Hey LSD in the Bios nothing is on auto anymore. I set the Static Tread value down to 9 and all is good might try 8. I edited the first post with my exact settings take a look.

                Looks good!

                Now you can try to lower Vtt and Vcore. Vtt for sure should not need to be that high.

                Just giving ya some tips to try out. Is that 2x2GB ram?

                  yes it is LSD. the ram has to run full on 2.3volts. I will try dropping the Vcore i dont think it needs to be at 1.365.

                          i have the exact same CPU, motherboard and RAM.

                          i tried the suggested settings, system booted fine, however, it wouldnt pass Orthos or Super Pi. wouldnt last a full second and error before it had a chance to get anywhere.

                          any suggestions to try and make it stable?

                            Well first before you run those types of tests you need to make sure your ram will pass 5 or more passes of memtest86+ >>>
                            Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

                            Otherwise you are not going to know if you need looser ram settings or more voltages.

                            See if your ram is stable and if it is (More then one pass YES for sure)

                            Post me your full settings you are trying and I will see if I can help and specs (Link to your ram as well, and how much you have in what configuration)

                              Hey LSD i have been thinking of clocking the system to run at 1066mhz ram which will require dropping the FSB to 400 = 3.4ghz With the ram running at 1066mhz it should give me similar performance with read, write will be out maybe 1000 points but latency will be similar. Without putting stress on the CPU, cos i dont know how ppl do it but i need to run to VCORE at 1.38 in bios which read 1.34 -1.36 in CPUZ to run at 3.867Mhz. Otherwise it's not prime stable.

                              Now i had a tinker last night and got it to work but i went back in to the bios to change another value which were voltage i think and no go!

                              Had to clear the CMOS and back to square 1 and still couldn't get it to work! LOL no matter what value i put in i couldn't get it to work. Here is what i have changed in the BIOS.
