I've had the F13h for the B550M Aorus Pro since it dropped, and while the issues seems resolved at first, they have returned in the last few days. The static on the mics never went away, and the random inputs have returned. I'm also running a Ryzen 5 3600, and GTX 1080 Ti. I cleared the CMOS already when flashing the new bios. I'm at my wits end. Is there news on 1.2.0.3?

But no such problems with F20 on Gigabyte's website... but Gigabyte does need to update the F20 bios to add rocket lake 0x3C microcde and move on from the older buggy 0x34.

Had been running F13e on a B550 Aorus Master since mid-March; had very occasional USB dropouts which I hadn't had on any previous releases, but otherwise very stable. Recently installed F13j - no issues to report yet, no USB dropouts so far, but they were very infrequent anyway.
Do have one question about hot-swap SATA - my previous 2 Intel machines (built 2011) could configure hot-swap on a per-port basis. I can't see anything about hot-swap on my new ones (B550 Aorus Master and Elite AX V2) - not even an all-or-nothing switch. Is this likely to arrive at some point or is not not available with AMD? Seems like pretty basic functionality to have missing given the rather extreme level of chipset customisations available in the bios - so many acronyms I have no clue about! ????

Hot swapping is native in the SATA spec. Having the controller set to AHCI mode should help to expose that fact to Windows. If it's set to PATA compabibility mode, legacy or similar, if that's still possible nowadays, Windows might not know about this feature. Also make sure to have up-to-date chipset and controller drivers. You may also have to check the drive/volume properties for switches there. Finally, as a convenience feature, "internal drives" are usually hidden from the "safely remove hardware" thing even though they are hotswappable. Especially in the beginning of SATA adoption, people got confused with their internal drives showing up in there. I'm not sure if it was there from the start, but something was moved to hide them by default, as people don't tend to swap internal drives often. Sometimes they did show up, though, so if you google for "windows hotswap registry" you'll find a bunch of results telling you how to hide a drive from "safely remove hardware". Do the reverse to make them visible.

Unfortunately the controller is set to AHCI, and there isn't a TreatAsInternalPort entry in the relevant key. The BIOS isn't playing ball, because I can't explicitly set the port as hot swap.
Probably one for an 'eSupport' ticket rather than here, just wondered if anyone else was having the same problem or knew of a possible fix.

Anyone having problems with Auros Pro not seeing 2nd M.2 drive?
Using F33H Bios, tried going back to older Bios but still won't see the drive in anything other than the Bios?
So Bios sees the drive, nothing else does, not even showing up in device manager?
Tried drive in USB M.2 adaptor and drive working fine?
