The Bluetooth connection is unstable, so I disabled it in Windows settings (under "Bluetooth and other devices)".

I have a reason to believe it may also cause issues with my Xbox controller.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Are there any workarounds? Thanks!
Whether it is visible or not does not affect BT functionality
But it should not appear briefly or steal focus or affect other devices
There is no reason to disable the Intel BT device in device manager unless you are using a USB BT dongle
My xbox controller receiver works best in the red 3.2 socket. I use a USB receiver not Bluetooth for xbox controller
USB woks best if I only use only 1 front port and only the red port and only 2 or 3 of the rear ports at the same time
Also I un-tick every 'allow computer to turn off' I can find in power management in device manager

Why is stasio so rude to users here? Where are your manners? Professionalism? Being humble? Useful? Informational? Anything from you aside from mocking users?
If you don't like your job at GB or working with people (if you even work there, you always avoid answering this question directly to anyone here. It is very shady), sign a resignation letter, apply at another job... better than to think everyone is below you all day long and making effort to point it out to others..
It is very unpleasant to come to this TT forum when all you see is the person who people are supposed to be happy to see and hear from, is just here making fun of users and being disrespectful to GB customers.

You can try downgrading using the GB firmware Windows program, but I'm not sure if it allows downgrading? Haven't used it personally
