This is caused by CSM being enabled in the bios normally. However, if you installed Windows or whatever other OS with CSM enabled you have to keep it enabled unless you're planning a clean install with it disabled to swap completely over to UEFI.

Not a big deal, and interestingly, previously I had 3080 and got this lag too when disabling CSM and enabling the re-bar settings, but once I changed to a 6800XT, there is now no lag in BIOS with CSM disabled. So I think once nVidia releases the REBAR firmware for Ampere in late February/March, the lag will be gone when having this setting enabled on other SAM capable GPUs other than 6800

Since about November and with various BIOS (f32a/b/c/ etc...) I only had one WHEA error. With F33 I have had multiple in a few days. Is there a general consensus on what causes these or are we making guesses like with other problems? I do use pbo, xmp etc... but really dont want to have to go back to stock and test every single setting again.
Any advice please?

"Load optimized defaults" boosts to 5.1GHz with a floor of 4.9GHz and will happily pull ~240W indefinitely as measured by the Intersil ISL 69269 POUT sensor. Using POR for Turbo Power Limits (as opposed to Auto) was closer to Intel spec in that it dropped to 125W (3.7GHz) after the Intel recommended 56s of load. However, I was never able to get it to boost to 5.3GHz under any circumstances or settings. Anyone know exactly what settings are required to get the Intel spec turbo boost and thermal velocity boost behavior?
- The Intersil ISL 69269 sensors consistently stop reporting to HWINFO and when that happens the motherboard will reboot cycle many (~5x?) times and the bios will reset itself (although it remembers and re-enters all my settings). Is this a known issue with the z590 boards?
Still stuck with the Intersil ISL 69269 crashing... I wonder if that's dangerous?

Overnight, my PC rebooted itself and began logging WHEA errors for a few hours. Then, the errors stopped on their own. A little odd.
WHEA-Logger
Event ID: 19
A corrected hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Unknown Error Source
Error Type: No Error
Processor APIC ID: 0
Config: Aorus Ultra with F33c, 3900X, 3600 RAM
Edit: I normally never see WHEA errors on this PC.Last edited by rehsd; 02-24-2021, 12:43 PM.

I did have some issues with it, like WHEAs when activating XMP, but at least I was able to manually overclock it to 3200MHz (So far) without encountering any stability issues.
I didn't think to check if the 'black screen with underscore' issue occurs with other memory modules when the Roccat Sova is plugged-in. I have some HyperX sticks from my previous build with which I can experiment, but it may be a while (>=week) until I get back to my apartment.

Well just to report this answer from Gigabyte Dev Team for B550 Aorus Master...
They will not support the modern standby, because the board does not support it... (this is supposed to be a feature since AGESA 1.1.9.0 release)
The voltage issue is a know "bug", you have to set values above to see the correct values in HWInfo...
USB problems, just downgrade to PCIe Gen3 and disable C-States (until AMD fixes it do not expect them to do nothing)...
LAN issues please try the recommended fixed (not tested yet but may help)...
Now time to seriously think to shop for another motherboard...
