(that guide could use some some updating, lots of changes with/since Zen3 release)
the soc/vddx stuff was about Gb boards applying more than needed, not meant as "adding/increasing" V,
so 1.0 + 0.9 (vs 1.05/0.95) is fine if running cpu stock, just not recommending it when "ocing/tweaking",
until its clear that the rig boots/is stable with that.
i had issues with soc on auto (no post), when same cpu/ram settings with soc limited to 1.05 worked just fine..
still, your ram runs above 2133, which amd considers ocing, so you need to increase dram V to 1.35,
as i dont remember any kit that can do more than [email protected].
