Same for me on F31h and k. AORUS Pro, can't even POST with 3800/1900, Micron E-Die, 5900X. Tried a lot of settings.
Had 3800/1900 stable for a year on F6b and recently on F30.
I could get it working on 3733/1867, looks good for now. Seems to be a hard wall at 1900fclk.
Another strange behavior: getting worse results in AIDA64Extrame cache and memory benchmark with PBO enabled vs. OFF. Can't upload a picture but: 56.7ns vs. 59.4
Good day. Recently got 5800x with B550 Aorus Pro board.
Flashed the most recent publicly available bios, the stock settings have been a nightmare for me. Temperatures are insanely high, negative voltage doesnt seem to be working at al. (Normal and negative offset, if anything INCREASES the get voltage). I can somewhat run the pc with manual OC, in games voltages are 1.288 and the temperature is around 70 with 4650 all core boost. But i believe it shouldnt be like that with my case and dual tower cooling.. Is F11J worth flashing? What are the changelogs?
I cant configure PBO at all - whatever i do results in instant crashes or reboots.
I wonder if this has to do with revision 1.0 vs 1.1 of the Xtreme? I'm running revision 1.0 and have been having all the issues.
I've been able to get 3200mhz ram really dialed in on timings, but the moment I go over 3200mhz the board won't post. Even settings super loose timings with upping the voltage it refuses to get past training.
I'm running rev 1.1. What's weird is right after I was done building and for the following 48 hours system was booting fine on optimized defaults + 4000 XMP. First Windows installation went through with no hassle and I was able to run games, R20/R23 and everything else continuously without it crashing. At some point it just went boom and couldn't handle defaults anymore.

The error 3733Mhz Bus/Interconnect is resolved in the F11f bios version.
If memory exceeds 3733Mhz in F11j bios version, bus/interconnect errors or sound stuttering errors still result in slower latency.
3933Mhz bootable but I'm forced to focus on 3733Mhz.
Tested f11j with 5600x and B550 Aorus Pro. Able to boot to windows with FCLK @ 1967, boot loops @2000. I think future updates can stabilize this. Switched to f11d for the time being, waiting for a stable update to proceed further.
A question I imagine a lot of users would like to know the answer to. Does the F30/31 series of bios benefit the Ryzen 3000 series processors at all or is the F22 bios the end of the road for us 3000 series users?
B550m Aorus Pro needed.
Does not go above 1600FCLK with proper voltages set. Currently "running" 3200CL14, but it does not cold boot :( Patriot Viper 2x8GB 1R 4400CL19 (XMPs do not work either).
X570 AORUS Master with 5950X, BIOS Ver F31e, F31h, F31i, F31k.
If SATA Hotplug is disabled on BIOS, SATA disk cannot be accessed when waking from sleep.
Kind of difficult to be on track with this massive thread
What is the recommended bios for the B550 Auros Elite V2 ? Getting it with a ryzen 3 and a 3600mhz kit
Running B550 Aorus Master with 5600x 1900FCLK F11d. However got sound popping problem and some stability issues only on OCCT. Does F11j fix sound and 1900 FCLK problems?

Sound popping for me was always IF unstable - fixed for me by upping soc and vddp/vddg voltages. What are yours?
