Btw, 22nm Intel Ivy Bridge, first overclocking with GA-Z68X-UD7-B3:
BIOS F8 Dramatically decrease write performance of my SATA3 SSD (Vertex3 240GB), unstable read performance also. My board is the GA-Z68X-UD4-B3. I was searching for a cause and found the answer at the official Gigabyte forums. I am back to F7.
I doubt that would cause the zero's, and as I showed you before F10 also should support the Q8400 too because it has all the exact same microcodes as the newer BIOSes. I've asked about the zero's but they haven't said anything about it, so it may be a non-issue.
The engineers have asked if you have any updates yet, so just checking with you to see if you've tried flashing again as I mentioned Here with the 6750 CPU and those mentioned methods. If you have not, please try and see if it helps, thanks!
Okie dokie, I tried the flashspi thing and the results are the same.
First I reflashed with the F10 bios, and the cpuid thing still shows zeros. Then flashed to the F12, the cpu was recognized properly but got to the infinite reboot loop. I was forced to use qflash utility to reflash to the F10 bios since it wouldn't go past the IRQ/devices list and thus no prompt was available to use flashspi.
I didn't bother trying flashing to the F11 and F13b bioses since the result was no different. /tearssmilie
Sorry to hear you've had no luck so far, I have a few questions and some tips for you that might help.
First of all you can stick with trying F12 or F13b (I'd actually use F13b).
Did you disable Keep DMI Data when using Qflash? Well I guess it wont matter much since you used that to go backwards to the old BIOS, you NEED to clear the DMI pool no matter what, so via switch with FlashSPI or change the setting if using Qflash.
^^ That would be the command you manually enter from the DOS Prompt, or if you are using the autoexec batch file, please edit in that line instead of the default one.
If that does not help and you still get the bootloop, please try this method to try and fix it, I think this may get you going!!
If you are stuck in the bootloop, but are flashed to F12 or F13b, then please shut down the machine and unplug the power supply from the wall or motherboard. If you just unplug it from the wall please then press and hold your case power on button for one minute, if you unplug the power supply from the board be sure you disconnect both the 20/24 pin cable and the 4/8 pin cables. If you do the later you do not need to press and hold the case power on button, but I'd still go ahead just for good measure.
Then, once you have done the above, please remove the motherboard battery from the board, and then place a jumper on the Clear CMOS pins or set a screwdriver or something on the pins so that both are shorted. Leave the board in this state overnight while you sleep, this will fully clear the CMOS and DMI pool, sometimes you can do this in a short time like 1-3 minutes, but in instances where you have issues like this I always suggest doing it overnight or at least 8-12+ hours. This can fix many various stubborn issues, and I think it may help you with the bootloop issue once you've flashed to the newer BIOSes.

Also seen a decrease in performance w. F8 with two Vertex3 Max IOPS in Raid0. As I'm following the treads over in the OCZ forum I'm very interested in this.

Please update at your own risk. I have not flashed these my self yet but there is no reason that I see that they should not work. Even If I have flashed and they do work still Flash at your own risk.
Edited Intel raid rom version # in description. Bios contains the correct version.
