I am running F13i and I'm hoping it's a bug with this BIOS version

cpu sudden boost with not enough power provide to it is causing the error from what i i think...... manual oc cannot get the pbo and boost benchmark speed with air cooling here ... so tweaking pbo2 for stability is my best option....
I dunno man, I always set PBO to enabled and in ryzen master I enable simultaneous multi-threading, and set infinity fabric and RAM clocks on coupled mode and stress test, always worked wonders! I guess something is wrong with this implementation of 1.2.0.3 A

I see posts suggesting a 1.2.0.3b available with MSI.
I still dont understand the rush to try out each new Beta as it appears and the problems people then get blamed on BIOS and even more unlikely AGESA
With F12 I do get USB issues if I use both front or both 3.2 or all four rear at the same time, but if I dont do that then F12 is fine with just XMP and rBAR and a BT dongle instead of Intel.

AORUS z590 elite ax: Bios F5
disabling MCE doesn't seem to disable it? All core boost clocks running at 5.1 ghz Full load, even with mce disabled.
I found a huge source of high vcore on my z590 elite ax w/ 11900k. Disabling ring to core offset (down bin) pumps an insane amount of vcore... even with MCE disabled, and all other cpu settings on auto. I'm not really sure why that is needed when nothing else is touched. Can anyone explain why that makes sense? Maybe something for gigabyte to look into?
Man... this board has been a headache.

F5e is best for me so far and most stable ....YMMV

B550 Aorus elite rev 1 user here. I flashed F13J (latest) and my USB mouse keeps disconnecting. This problem gets more frequent when I hibernate the PC instead of shutting down.
I see improvements though, now I don't have to physically unplug and plug the mouse every time it disconnects, it resets itself on its own after 1-2 secs.
Connecting to 2.0 (front or back) or 3.2 ports doesn't seem to matter in my case.
Mouse: Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0

At this point there is no other option than reset, but after re-flashing F13J there are no problems and i got my performance back! in Cinebench R23 my MP Ratio is back at 9.43 from 8.6 in 1.2.0.3 A. I guess gigabytes implementation of AGESA 1.2.0.3 Patch A sucks

Bottom line is, this board is trying to nuke my cpu.
I truly wish there was a 'load intel recommended settings". Then, I could gently work from there. Instead, we get "here comes the nuke", with the tedious task of trying to find a way to tame the shockwave that comes a long with it.
I'm on a 360mm with kryonaut. I've seen VR VOUT numbers under load that would make a nun cry.
I've never had a board try to cook my chip more than I have... until now. Sadly, I don't want this overclocked. It is a media server/ virtual machine host. I want it rock solid stable, and efficient. I have yet to find a way to make that happen. Setting all voltages to 'normal', or setting things to "POR" never posts. Disabling MCE and setting all CPU regulating options to normal seems not to work at all.
Sad part is, I have a 5950x with a ROG crosshair VIII hero dark, and that board does exactly what I ask it to. I want that to be my mess around and push it to the limit rig. But I haven't been able to find that limit because I've been spending literally hours trying to get this AORUS setup stable and efficient.
Sadly, I'm starting to thing I made the wrong board choice.
Can we please have a setting to just load POR intel settings across the board? Maybe be able to load a basic XMP1 profile without trying to put +.35v to the chip? Then maybe, just maybe we can call it a day ( by day, I mean rock solid for the next 5+ years easy?? ). I really don't think this chip will last 2 years with the volts, amps, and temps this board tries to pump into it.
I've gone as far as to limit PL2 and PL1 to 195 and 125. That seems to be the only thing to keep temps in check. I'm not talking prime 95 AVX 512 here... Again, 360mm AIO...
I'm beyond worn out at this point. I'm quite familiar with overclocking, as well as underclocking. I just feel this board is not listening to my directions.
Maybe I have a fluked board, or a squirrely chip.
Thanks for the feedback, and please feel free to give me any more feedback on your experiences.
