It depends on whats not working with BT.
If its the module disappearing and needing power removed then this isnt a driver issue and although some say it got better with F13h and F13i (since removed) others say it still came back. Its possible the failure is triggered during Windows suspend (the when not the why) and not so much with Linux but its still a h/w issue. Other BT issues are resolved by driver and connecting the antenna
In any case there's no need to suffer the Intel BT module - Ive been using a cheap USB stick for months with zero issies.
For USB with F12 I just make sure not to use both front panel or both 3.2 or all four rear USB at the same time and to keep to PCIe Gen 3 for the GPU. As soon as I use both front USB I get probs for example.
