I will do some tweaking back to the settings I was running previously on the 0x3C microcode and see if performance or stability are improved. After reinstalling windows recently I hadn't had any major stability issues for the most part, but I have heard that 0x3C is much more performant than 0x34 was so fingers crossed.

Hi, Stasio. I tried the F20 with 0x3c that you provided for the Z490 Vision D, but the BIOS wouldn't accept it. It got up to ~25% and said that it wasn't a valid BIOS image (yes, the file was unzipped/7-unzipped).
However, I did "upgrade" from F20d to F20 that you posted on Page 1, which has a BIOS date of 4/14/21. As the other user posted, it's still using the 0x34 microcode. I loaded Optimized Defaults, saved/exited and then enabled XMP Profile, Rocket Lake NVMe mode, Above 4G and RE-BAR and rebooted. The BIOS did take 2-3 initial boots after flashing, but once it POSTs, similar to my experience with F20d, it then works fine. It's not until you start altering other settings where the motherboard will want to do 1-2 additional "initial" cycles before it POSTs.
I still can't seem to get a stable overclock. Running Fixed Vcore modes at 1.375, 1.385, 1.395 and 1.41, using anything from Turbo to "Auto" LLC, and trying 5.2 on 2 cores but with 48x or 49x on the remaining cores, with AVX/AVX512 with a 0 offset, Ring/LLC to Auto, TVB throttling to Disabled, running consecutive multiple passes of CB20 eventually yields a BSOD WATCHDOG.
4.8's VIDs shows 1.345, even with it at 1.355v via VR VOUT isn't working.
Stock works fine -- 4600 VIDs shows 1.203v and VR VOUT at 1.200.
I'd consider myself a few notches higher than a novice, but certainly no OC expert. Either my settings and/or the BIOS/microcode are holding me back. At this point, I'd be happy with 5.2 on 2 cores and 4.9/4.8 for the remainder.
Again, thanks for posting and assisting.

Hey everyone, I have the B550 Aorus Master, Im having USB issues, randomly my keyboard or USB hdd will disconnect and connect, the USB drive will do a constant disconnect and connect if its on a certain USB port in the back, I had to use a different slot and this problem got resolved, the keyboard however still has issues, will this be fixed? Im on the F13i bios.

Is answered MANY times...
Start from post #1 here.....top notice....in RED..
Edit:
Latest posted BIOS probably will be on GB web page this week.
And even if I do go back and read the RED part of the first post like you just said... that's just "Warning" and "Before flashing BIOS,please read:". Intentionally refusing to answer the question just makes it even more suspicious.

- why are BIOSes posted here and only a few days later on the Gigabyte support page
- what are the changes
- what do other testers experience during their own tests
is either answered in the first post or in this thread. Your argument that you will have to read through almost 1000 pages is a stupid one, as this forum has a search feature. And the first post DOES at the very top (as already explained) say:
Warning
Some of beta BIOSes are still undergoing compatibility testing. GIGABYTE is sharing these BIOSes for testing purposes only and are not meant for general release. If you are not familiar with beta BIOS testing, then please only flash the recommended release BIOSes that are posted on the GIGABYTE website, as only release BIOSes have passed compatibility testing.....
So you know whether or not and when they will show up on the Gigabyte support page.
And still you are incapable of reading that part. Why did you miss it? And what does Stasio owe YOU? Are you really saying that instead of you going through the personal effort of using the search function and/or Google, Stasio has to answer every question over and over again? Can you imagine that your stupid question has been asked almost as often as there are pages in this thread?
Work on your attitude, little man.
Oh and by the way: NO one is forcing you to download the BIOSes offered here. You are always free to just wait for them to show up on your mainboards support page if you think that Stasio is "suspicious". If only you could understand how moronic you look for everyone in this thread.

Realtek 2.5Gb LAN driver 10.48 has replaced 10.47 on the GB site with the same optimistic note "Fix random LAN disconnected phenomenon". Comments on https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?t...345823/page-18 arent completely encouraging.
