Interrupt Moderation is disabled by default since 10.047_03192021.
The source is Realtek, who I have been working closely with, along with another forum member & RTL8125 user.
I just received a beta 10.48.beta build from Realtek yesterday, where the code around interrupt moderation has been updated, but I haven't yet had time to test it.
Hi everyone. I contacted AMD a few days ago asking if we should expect to get the latest AGESA fixes (ComboV2 1.2.0.1 PatchA) on B350/X370 boards. I got some generic reply from the support guy that "they will contact the engineering team" but no clear answer. Do we know if Gigabyte is working on a new BETA BIOS for the B350/X370 lineup? I have a Gigabyte AX370 Gaming K3 board and the newest BIOS is from July 2020. I don't expect to get support for Ryzen 5000 series (although that would be sweet) but at least to get the chipset issues fixed.
stasio if you have any unofficial build for my board, please upload it. Thanks in advance.
I'm also having an issue with all versions of Z590 AORUS PRO AX that once a BIOS update is complete, the Intel I225-V ethernet device stops working (control panel error This device cannot start (Code 10)). This happens even if I Load Optimized Defaults both before and after the BIOS update.
It's clearly a low-level hardware thing, because in the Settings/IO Ports page of the BIOS, where the Intel(R) Ethernet Controller is normally listed at the bottom of the list, it has totally disappeared! That being said, Windows still detects the presence of the controller but it's got the yellow triangle badge with This device cannot start (Code 10).
Tried toggling enable/disable of onboard LAN in BIOS, and uninstalling/reinstalling multiple versions of the Intel driver multiple times.
What finally fixed it was taking the advice from this old thread-- shut down the PC, turn off the power supply and let it sit for a while. When I next booted, the device was listed again at the bottom of the IO Ports page in BIOS and no error in Device Manager. Very strange, but at least I have a repeatable way to fix it now.

I'm using the driver he mentioned and it's not infected or tempered with, the driver is okay (but not released yet, sort of). I'm using it and it works, but as instructed disable Interrupt Moderation and Large Send Offload for both IPv4 and IPv6.
Also, AMD718 is a respected user on multiple web locations so you can use this driver without worrying.

I have no doubt about AMD718, just asking for the source.
As there's been no posts recently I -wrongly- assumed the 10.47 on the Gigabyte site ("(Note) Fix random LAN disconnected phenomenon") was working for people and I upgraded from the Windows default driver 10.39 I was OK with.
But - even with settings disabled - within hours the network dropped - and not just the glitch that's easily fixed by disable/enable - this was the issue I've seen mentioned but hadn't really believed where all devices on that router port fail.
So I've gone back to 10.39 and look forward to hearing about results with 10.48
Just reporting on Aorus X570 Elite Wifi F33G BIOS:
Running at stock, this BIOS has experienced 2 random crashes where it would just hang the whole system and I needed to reset the CMOS in order to get it to boot again. I looked at Window's event logs and nothing out of ordinary (no WHEA errors or BSOD, just crashed to black screen and the whole system would be in a hanged state until CMOS reset and reloading of default settings, the only settings I messed with were the fan settings and above 4G decoding for PCIe).
BTW, can I request that above 4G decoding is enabled by default in future x570 BIOS? I run multiple GPUs for specialized graphics applications, and whenever the BIOS crashed, I need to remove the 2nd GPU, reset the CMOS, setup the above 4GB decoding, plug in my 2nd GPU to boot properly into windows. This is very annoying that above 4GB decoding is OFF by default as it doesn't add more resources to the system for those with just 1 GPU.
The help text states 0 and 1, while available options are auto and enabled? I'm guessing this is a bug? How to set it to performance? (Auto = 0 = Performance?)
