CSM off is a technical requirement to enable Re-Bar. I don't exactly know why but since CSM stands for Compatibility Support Module that may imply what is going on.

e: yeah i think it only is fully uefi compliant when in gpt.

I have different problem with the Re-bar. I've got z390 master with the latest bios f11o and re-bar bios for asus 3060 ti strix. Once I've installed the drivers and enabled re-bar in BIOS settings I no longer get the video output from GPU. I've tried different outputs ( all DP and HDMI ports) but nothing seems to work (PC starts cause I can get to it via the RD Client). I also checked my W10 installation is on the GPT partition and CSM is Enabled in BIOS. Anyone got idea what I might be doing wrong?

Same here. What CPU do you have? I have 3950x, I think Gigabyte forgot to enable it on 3000 series CPUs, which AMD has already released bioses that enable it on 3000 series cpus (in example asus mobos have it enabled for 3000 series).

You will have no Luck then. Nvidia Resizable BAR only supports ZEN3 CPU's.

No, that's wrong. It does work with 3000 series. I just wanted to update that the issue was precision x1 from evga not flashing the video bios correctly. Jacob from evga posted the bioses individually to be flashed without precision x and now I have REBAR enabled with my x570 master (f33i), 3080 and 3950x cpu.

So if any EVGA owners here have issue, head up to the evga forums and download your appropiate bios to flash without precision x.

Just use a proggie like minitool partition to convert your drive to GPT, wont lose anything...

Cheers I ended up using the built in windows 10 mbr2gpt.exe tool in the windows pre-environment, was very quick and easy.

Now I can enable above 4G decoding and Resizable BAR, turn off CSM and still find my boot drive so all gravy. Resizable BAR now showing active in nvidia sys info.

So I got ReBAR working. I had two drives set as MBR, but after changing them to GPT, all fine.
Problem now is I notice the BIOS is laggy.
Scroll wheel doesn't scroll down list fully, clicks not being registered 100%, etc.
Is there a known fix for this or etc.?
Currently on F32, not planning on upgrading until another bios update is released, but wondering if later bios versions fix it or anything I can do on F32?

NVIDIA's website doesn't list Zen 2 as being supported. So, either they need to update that page or Zen 2 is unofficially supported (i.e., not officially supported), but works.

Ryzen doesn't work well with CL15 timings, and your kit is rated for 3600, but you're trying to run FCLK at 1900. You need to try much looser timings, and even then you still may not get 1:1:1 ratio.

I'm running custom timings on it 1:1 at IF 1900, stable via testmem5 anta extreme preset :)
