Tried many things from this thread to solve problems with Realtek 2.5Gb... lan settings, lan drivers, chipset drivers, bios, but nothing to work, Realtek is still loses connection. But once i tried to remove AMD Chipset drivers and after that all been fine :) But i didn't stop there... i tried to install it without some modules, and finally i found which driver makes issues for me - AMD SMbus Driver, without it i have stable work of Realtek and Bluetooth... reported this to support this find two days ago. Maybe also help for somebody, while we wait for fix ;)

The Ethernet and Bluetooth issues seem to be the two most commonly reported issues for AORUS B550. They are random so its difficult to say something fixes it unless the problem stays away for a couple of weeks

Ive had the Bluetooth disappear twice in a week on my B550i and cant continue to use it. The same module is used in the Asus so no guarantee a m/b change will help.
The fact that a power unplug is needed to make the device appear makes it sound like a h/w issue that no BIOS or driver change will ever resolve. I'm trying a cheap BT USB dongle instead,

For the LAN I'm sticking to Windows default driver 10.39.212.2020 and hoping not to see Ethernet drop outs. This problem seems data dependent so a new driver might fix it. Maybe a BIOS or option ROM change will help but I doubt it.
Ethernet failing cannot be worked-around so the Asus m/b with Intel LAN would be the only solution.

I have the following setup:

Gigabyte Aorus X570 Xtreme Rev. 1.1 Mainboard
5950X CPU
2 Kits of G.Skill F4-3800C14D-32GTZN (4x16GB)

I can't run a fabric at anything i set.

No matter what I set, it stays at 1066Mhz (like auto setting)

I did the settings under "DDR and Infinity Fabric Frequency/Timings" in the Bios f33a.

Maybe i forgot something to set in the bios?

Try with just two sticks. Set XMP but limit the memory multiplier to x32 and work up from there. IF should run in-sync automatically until 36... or maybe even 3733. I imagine that RAM isn't explicitly on the QVL list for the Xtreme as it just came out! But it should be fine. I have the F4-3800C14Q-32GTZN with the Xtreme and can run in-sync until 3733/1866 on my 5900X, but after that it no longer POSTs.

If it seems to not be taking the setting at all, I wonder if system is failing to train memory or otherwise crashing on boot and failing over to the backup BIOS, where the settings appear default?

But why?

I want to use all 4 banks, cause i have 2 RAM kits.

But then the system will only run at 1066Mhz.

Is it a bios bug that i can only use 2 banks instead of 4?

Do you think it will be fixed in a future bios update?

The system only runs at 3800Mhz (1900) when i put 2 Ram Stick into bank a2 and b2.

When i put 2 sticks into bank a1 and b1, the the system runs at 2143 Mhz (1066).

i hope it us a bios bug, and not a oroblem with my mainboard.

Running F32a with AGESA 1.2.0.0... Cyberpunk 2077 is now crashing at times -- never had that before. Rolling back to F31 to see if the crashes go away.

Did you get rid of the problem after going back to F31? How's the game running for your overall? I head the game has too many issues and isn't stable at all. Reading lots of different things about the game. Some people are really happy with the game and on the other hand there are many people who have already got their refund. I am not sure when was the last time I saw such mixed reactions about a video game.

Did you get rid of the problem after going back to F31? How's the game running for your overall? I head the game has too many issues and isn't stable at all. Reading lots of different things about the game. Some people are really happy with the game and on the other hand there are many people who have already got their refund. I am not sure when was the last time I saw such mixed reactions about a video game.

I'm running F33a with the latest NVIDIA drivers at this point, and Cyberpunk has been running fine. Overall, Cyberpunk has been good for me. I have other games that are far buggier, yet I don't hear as many complaints from others. Examples: COD Cold War, Watch Dogs: Legion.

I have the same problem.

So far I have used 2x 16GB banks (F4-3600C16D-32GTZN / 3600 MHz CL16 (16-16-16-36)). I did a little update and now I have 4x 16GB (2x F4-3600C16D-32GTZN)
While XMP works OK (3600 CL16,16,16,...), raising the clocks to 3800 rebooting PC after start + strange F9 error.
Reducing the clock to 3733 also allows for trouble-free operation.
I checked in pairs. Modules work without problems. 2x 16GB and 2x 16GB in 3800 & IF 1900 and CL 16,16,16,...
But when I put all 4 into the motherboard, apparently it's too much of a load for the controller. It is the speaker on the board squeaking, the computer resets 3 times (error F9), and after 4 time starts up with the default timers for the JEDEC.
But... When I restart the computer, the settings I have entered are accepted and the system will start normally! :\ More than that, the tests for 3-hour AIDA and TM5 memory passes. W t F!?


Now I know that the maximum frequency for working RAM is 3733 (for 4 memory dice, each DualRank).

That you want :)
I wanted it too, but the memory controller cannot handle such memory chips. If you were to buy 4 x 16 GB SR (Singl Rank) then it would work.

Besides, the XMP settings are not for 4 dice but for 2!
You have to manually change the settings!
Use the Ryzen DRAM calculator for this.

Somewhere in the slides from AMD with the maximum supported RAM frequency.
In addition, motherboard manufacturers also add this information - Gigabyet didn't. Look in the manuals for other X570 motherboards.

Update on this - just had the error. Seems to be mostly prominent when I have two displays connected... will continue to investigate.

I have submitted a ticket to GB support.. Is anyone else getting this problem?

PC boots to black screen with nothing but a white underscore in the top left.. the thing that usually appears before the BIOS.

Only thing that solves is either a reset or turning the pc off then on again..

Hello everyone, I have some problems here in my motherboard GA-Z77P-D3 v1.1, when I bought from a third party retailer I got a BIOS that was named "F8", accordingly from the year 2013, and I had to update the BIOS in recent days, but I discovered that this BIOS theoretically doesn't exist! On the official Gigabyte website the latest BIOS is named "F8e" still in Beta, I'm confused now becaused I searched on the GB forums(user by the name of ex58, I guess is @stasio) and discovered that this BIOS existed here. Can anyone help me on this?


I couldn't find on the Gigabyte BIOS on this list...

I would appreciate if anyone send me the latest BIOS file from this motherboard to download.

I do not have the lan issues, but the original driver fixed other issue I had: high latency. Some days ago, I tried rollback the drivers and I have the original driver from 2015 installed.
This driver fixed the issue with high latency, measured by LatencyMon. With the new driver (I think from windows update), I got +450us and using the old, original driver, the latency do not past 100us.
