I got profiles saved on usb , so if it fails it will take max 10-15 min to revert to F10 bios :).

Ok guys i tested NEW F11 bios . In short it sucks . Some details :
1. Enabling resize bar makes ( SAM ) impossible to boot from M2 nvme.
2. Worse boosting mechanism on my 5600X ( BCLK overclock not working anymore , it is countered with lower multiplayer).
3. FCLK locked at 1800 ( it is closer to 1850 in fact with) so no changes here.
All in all , useless bios . F10 is better .
Wasted 1 hour so you dont have;)

Seeing "F31" posted on the official Gigabyte page for Auros Elite Wifi (and presumably others) with a date of 12/31, but it was not there before. I have replaced my memory and fallen back to F21 until I feel better about where things are. What exactly is the F31 posted now, and is there any reason to feel good about it?

Running F11 with B550I AORUS PRO AX and has been stable for over 24 hours. Probably would have BSOD at least 2 or 3 times by now on F10. Hope it continues.
CPU: 5600x
Core Performance Boost: On
XMP: On (2666 Mhz)
Precision Boost Overdrive: Off
Edit: Multiple BSODs after posting this. Turned off Auto Vcore and set the 1.1v and waiting.
For some reason BSOD always occurs under low workload such as at the desktop or browsing the web.
Edit 2: Now tried turning off AMD Cool&Quiet and Global C-state Control
Edit 3: No BSOD now for over 24 hours

Yesterday I updated to F31 on my X570 Aorus Master v1.0 motherboard.
So far I have had no problems and everything looks stable.
Benchmarks are the same as F22 and F11 which I ran for a year.
CineBench R20: 9477/534 (I am not a crazy overclocker).
CPU: 3950x
XMP: On (3600 MHz). I have 64GB (4x16GB) at CL 16-16-16-36-85-1T, 1.35V
NVMe: 2x2TB PCIe 4.0 in RAID-0
PBO: Enabled
CSM: Enabled
Above 4G Decoding: Enabled
This weekend I will replace the CPU with a 5950x. Wish me luck.

Same here. There is a way to fix this issue.
1. Like what you have mentioned above, reboot untill Bluetooth shows in Windows again.
2. Plug any USB devices (keyboards, mice, game controllers) into the red USB port which is close to the LAN port.
Then the Bluetooth will not disappear anymore.
