hi Guys,
Im running BIOS Version F31 on Auros Elite with 5950X and RTX 3080.
My CPU is not boosting above 4.9Ghz (not an issue to be honest) but my IDLE temps are around 60+ on Corsair H150i
I checked voltage in Ryzen Master and its never dropping below 1.4 and most of the Cores are not going to sleep when not gaming etc
has this been fixed in F31q? or should I downgrade to F30 for now? anyone having same issue?
everything is default in BIOS except XMP Enabled.
if more info is needed please let me know
thank you
I also have the same board, the same CPU but 3060ti. i have F31 (no letter) and my idle temp is about 30 - 33c. Check your taskmanager to see who's eating up your CPU cycle.
Do the bootloops only happen during a boot from power off? Also, do you get bootloops with xmp disabled?
The boot loops would happen off a cold boot, but was random. Would cold boot 1-4 times, before it would start looping but was not a consistent amount. Never experienced a BSOD or random restart once in OS though, it was always during boot. Would not get boot loops when XMP was off and the memory was running at spd speed ~ 2133mhz .
Other programs can prevent the cores from properly sleeping as well, not just epic. Would look for background running programs, but main offenders are some keyboard software and RGB/lighting controlling or cpu health monitoring software.

is there a link for F31 (no letter)? on official mobo page its F30, no F31.
One of the developers of libtorrent (a library used in qBittorrent) just stated that reported issue of Realtek 2.5GbE controllers (such as RTL8125) resetting (Event ID 10400, source NDIS) on for example the GIGABYTE B550I AORUS PRO AX is likely caused by the Realtek hardware/drivers:
I suspect the hardware or driver isn't well tested under heavy UDP load, and fails. I don't really see anything actionable on libtorrent's part, other than recommending that users with the failing hardware either disable uTP or replace the hardware.
libtorrent doesn't talk directly to the driver, it uses the operating system's API. The API guarantees that hardware is not supposed to reset by its use, similar to operating systems (normally) guaranteeing they won't kernel-panic because of system calls.
Aorus Master 1.2 with a 5950X. IF1900 works great for everything, zero WHEA errors. IF1933 doesn’t post at all. I have tried some mild voltage tweaks but it won’t budge.
It seems weird to me that there is no step where it’s unstable before not posting. Is anyone hitting over 1900 and if so on what bios and with which processor?

Will test on a second 5950x in a week.
Same problem with the hard-wall on IF/FCLK as many others. Same exact scenario for me (no step in-between of voltage helping or at least instability. Just a hard no POST), 1866 perfectly stable even on undervolted system. But 1900 won't post no matter the voltage. 5600x
My only gripes with the mobo have been:
1. occassional bluetooth disappears from Windows and have to pull power cord from PSU to fix it. I think it may have stopped since the most recent BIOS f11p update but can't be sure (haven't used my computer more than a few days in total since f11p came out)
2. hardwall in the FCLK
3. OC settings are duplicated in the BIOS in different menus, and the duplicate RAM timing entries are in freaking hex code or something instead of demical. Lots of duplicate settings and menus relating to OC, RAM, and other settings.
4. Biggest issue: RAM voltage not consistent and will vary depending on idle vs load, and by not a small margain at all. On top of it what you select in the BIOS is already overvolted already in actuality!
B550i Aorus Pro AX. Great board. Seemingly non-existant Quality Assurance/testing on the BIOS side of things.
F11m - IF C-state in bios Disabled- 1 core not going boosting more than than 4700 Mhz, on stock 9900k auto default settings.
hOW TO reproduce: Use a Cinebench 11.5 or upper- and did 1 cpu render in advanced options with F11M; - with C-STATE -DISABLED IN bios options.
On F11L release bios - boosting on default core formula 9900r like should, at least on optimized defaults - 1 core going to 5hz in cinebench 1 CORE test - even if disable C-state in bios.
Another strange behavior: In idle modes in windows 10- sometimes on F11M BETA - Pc restart self in ldle.
Something bad with vcore behavior or c-state behavior, or memory training???? - i do not know.
My psu checked and ok.
I DID OCCT 7.2.3 STRESS testing With Psu profile - it simulate a both highest load on cpu and vga- 240w avx2 code on Cpu and 250w on Vga burning - 1.5 hours
Working well- no Bsod - no Freez- no Restart, whole tests finished- without any errors.
My Full Config:
Motherboard: Z390 master rev 1.0 - now on F11L; F11m -seems disaster
Memory: GSKILL: 32GB F4- 3200C14D-32GTZSW - checked with memtest in dos, whole kit-
I was having a lot of stability issues with F30 on an Aorus Master 5900x combo with gSkill Flare-x (2x8 3200c14), or TridentZ (2x16 4000c19 clocked down to 3600c16). No matter if I manually set safe timings or using XMP, every couple of boots the memory would error out and boot loop. F31q is the first time I have been able to run even XMP without any crashes, and have using it for about 4 days without issue, so would give it a try. I have not pushed the memory clocks up, but first time I have been able to run 3200c14 without issue, just as a precaution did push up the dram voltage to 1.40v.
Thanks for your reply on this - i will def. give it a go with F31q then :)
