Hi. I am using x570 aorus elite with f31o bios. (5900x) Currently I stuck 1866 FCLK without any problems, but when I do 1900, I get WHEA errors. When I flash F31 bios which is posted first page, I get more WHEA's.
Should I expect improve FCLK overclock capabilities in the future with new agesa's? Or am I stuck on my processor's limit?

I have weird problems with the X570 Master on version F31. When the PC boots and I press the DEL key it just hangs at the splash screen and isn't even going to the bios. I went back to F31o and now I can press the DEL key again to go to the BIOS. Is this known at Gigabyte? My CPU is the 5950x.

Update: well, the same problem now also re-occurs with F31o where the splash screen is just hanging at the DEL key. If I go to F12 and select Setup it does go to the BIOS so it seems that there is something wrong with the BIOS actions after pressing the DEL key.
Many people seem to have this issue on the X570 platform if I google on the subject, so I hope there will be a fix soon. I guess going for AMD costs less money, but the stability sucks. I've had a lot of issues back with the 3900x also and going for the 5950x I hoped these instabilities would be fixed, but I guess not.Last edited by schilperoordbas; 12-17-2020, 01:17 PM.

It is very strange that the website has had a beta BIOS, but the "official" 31 has been available here for a while. Makes me really wonder about the distinction between beta and release.

Is there another F31 bios version on the way?Originally posted by ncfoster View Post
Indeed. I have fallen back to F21 just because many of the reports were starting to concern me. All I want out of a BIOS at this point is to be able to reliably run my RAM at 3200 without ridiculous fussing, but it seems like most of the focus right now is on developing/fixing support for the new gen of Ryzens.

Official BIOS F31 and F11 is stopped to be posted on GB web page last moment, due to unexpected shutdown issue reported to R&D and investigation of disconnection of Realtek 2.5GbE LAN chip and some other minor issue.
So,they decide to continue with Beta BIOS, till issues will be solved.
