Is there a chance that the GA-Z170X-Designare (currently i have several problems with fan control) will shine up in this thread or is it for specific boards only? Just asking because i haven't seen all boards on the Gigabyte website in here.

As noted earlier,will post BIOS for boards which are not in OP (only Z170, Z97 and X99 boards), upon request.

Sorry, just read that when scanning back through the thread. Maybe that could be mentioned in the first post or threads be split for 0xx 1xx 2xx series.

Latest BIOS I got for GA-Z170X-Designare is F3a,dated 14.July 2016:
Z170XDesignare.F3a

That version unfortunately couldn't resolve my issues, guess I'll have to contact Gigabyte support.
But thank you for providing the file.

Just one observation for this bios: When i set LLC to turbo the voltage then displayed by HWMonitor/CPUZ doesn't even blink. It seams to hold my fixed Voltage just perfectly independent of load. Never seen it that stable.

I own a gaming z170x 5, as you can with all bios release I get random bootloop when I set my ram profile 1 "Corsair 2400MHz 2x8gb" ??? I do not have any overclock, everything is set on default.

I'm no expert but it seems to have a problem with "clear ram" because I get regular boot only if I unplug power.

when it will release bios f8 for this motherboard?

BIOS F6 supose to be released soon, latest atm is F6f Beta.
Bios F8,,,,, hmmmm, probably next year.

GIGABYTE Why have not updated the bios for the H87 chipset? For a long time already have the new version of the ME region -9.1.37.1002 and microcode updates 1E processor Haswell.

If is very urgent,you can do yourself with UBU (microcode).
[Tool Guide+News] "UEFI BIOS Updater" (UBU)

and ME firmware flash in Windows mode (be sure,as you have H version.....5M - Corporate).

Btw,
latest Haswell microcode is rev. 20 (not 1E).

Re-install your video card (clear contact), clear CMOS or go back to previous BIOS.
