Per my last post, I'm aware of the BACK_2_AWARD solution, but noted, the procedure seems to not be safe. "fpt.exe -f will will wipe my MAC address, motherboard id, serial, etc, "
I'm getting a copy of efi2awd from gigabyte which should be safer.
ET6 crashes for me after and hour or two. I'm also having stability issues at stock CPU freqs-volts that I never saw on legacy BIOS. Really disappointed at the UEFI releases so far, was hoping to upgrade to 3570K for more fluid HD video, I don't game, and this otherwise fine board keeps holding me back.
Hi, stasio!
Do you have the UEFI Bios for GA-P67A-UD3R-B3?
Do you know whether gigabyte will release UEFI Bios for this board?
Thank you very much!! :)
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H WB Motherboard
Intel Ivy Bridge i7 3770K clocked @ 4.5GHz
16GB Kingston Hyper-X Genesis 2133 RAM
Water cooling by XSPC RASA RS240 Kit
Sapphire HD 6850 1GB DDR5 GPU
1TB - RAID1 setup with Western Digital 6GB/Sec Drives
Corsair HX750W Professional PSU
Windows 7 Professional (x64) Build 7601
GA-Z68XP-UD3 is my board and i had SSD cache enabled.
long story short, if you have SSD cache enabled and moving from BIOS to uefi, you shouold un-cache your drive, update BIOS to uefi and do all windows driver & activation.
when it's all done, you should re-enable SSD Cache to make your windows work happy.
Could anybody upload the latest Z77X-UD5H from F9 version (F9i IIRC) because F10a is, even if it's the best currently (which i used too), not a beta BIOS, but a Modded BIOS. Thanks in advance :)

Sorry to bug about the details, I searched to no avail, I get way to many results not pertaining to it. I am just looking for info on any more Gigabyte efforts on wireless keyboards. Has there been any Beta BIOS releases since F8 that speak of Wireless keyboard efforts?

seems like the f10a only fixes the xmp bug and more updated firmware for storage and network driver. and it's a moded bios so you can lookup at the next thread.
