As has been noted earlier few pages,Q-Flash utility are part of BIOS and separate update is not available.
On the page 48 and Gigabyte FAQ stated that:
"After Main BIOS update successfully, system will reboot and during POST, please press Alt + F12 key to update Backup BIOS".
Also as stated on first page, before flashing BIOS,please read BIOS Flashing - A "How To ~ Qflash Guide" NOTE: Other then BIOS issue, for hardware and your setting issue, please open new thread.
Hi Stasio.
Thank you for replying. I did read the PDF guide and all posts on this thread. That is why I said is there any commands that are invisible (I knew about the Alt + F12) but wanted to see if there are any more. Many of the post on here and guides on Gigabyte site show entering the dual bios utility and updating the master/backup. I dont have these options which is why I asked what options there might be.
So can you still answer my question, is there any other command or is (Alt + F12) the only one? How come the option for updating master/backup is in some MOBO's Q-Flash Utility, but not others, e.g for the DS4?
Apologies for asking my hardware question. I will not do that again! only asked here as others had asked similar questions.

The images you are seeing with Master/Backup options are from Quad BIOS boards such as the DQ6 or the Extreme boards.
The DUAL BIOS boards only feature the simple ALT+F12 option to update the secondary BIOS chip.
I can report that the S3 issues are still not completely fixed in the GA-EX58-DS4 - F6c bios. Coming out of sleep for the first time after booting is fine but I can't putting it to sleep again the second time and bring the system back up.
