Yes and will be very soon.
For P/H61 BIOS is alredy out (-Support GIGABYTE TouchBIOS ).

Good, well bad, but bad in a good way, thats confused you.
Odd one eh?, surprised they didnt spot this in beta testing, unless they were waiting for me to test it :)
So shouldnt be long till a fix i would imagine, for the ud9 and any other boards that would be affected.
Hope they add a release log, so we know what the updates do.

Modded P67-UD4-B3 bios F5b (I liked the c personally...sniff).
Updated to Intel Option RAID ROM: 10.6.0.1091
Realtek Nic Rom is 2.41
I tested it on my own board... I live dangerously. Nothing exploded or caught fire. :)
