    Haven't noticed any differences other than XSD not being there but it only seemed to confuse rather than help but no problems either.

          EX58-UD4P bios F10c still hasn't fixed the CPU Tcase reading error, on F8 Tcase is read correctly, anything after F8 reports Tcase 8-17c too low.

            F9c is fine, been using it for a few months now I think. Have you used it yet? If not please try it out as it is a very nice BIOS

                  Well they had it fixed in f9c, then in f9 it cam back as well as the usb problem. Maybe gigabyte needs a revision control system it's bios people can use to track changes and make sure everyone is on the same page. Subversion is free, no reason not to take advantage of it, many use it from hobbyists to billion dollar companies.

                          guys ...another question spring to my mind ,if you dont mind me asking

                          what does C3/C6/C7 state in the bios do?

                          and why it is disabled by default ? does it make the PC unstable ?or at least while overclocking

                            Intel Microcode is what tells the BIOS which CPU's are compatible and which are not.

                            There was an issue in a few BIOS with D0 Temp control/detection, that is now corrected

                              CPU microcode is some kind of low-level CPU firmware. It can be upgraded from BIOS or using OS kernel module to fix hardware errors.

                              If CPU is not supported by BIOS, the reason is not microcode, or not only microcode. May be just CPU initialization routine is old, and when using it, CPU cannot be initialized properly, so You'll see just a black screen or have strange problems with stability.

                                try to search for it in Intel Core i7 datasheet. It can be downloaded from Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Server and Embedded Processor Technology - Intel for free
