I'm very leery of this, frankly. Are they speaking of the possibility that someone might infect their bios files somehow before their customers install them? I'm running on F34 with no problems whatever, and no signs of malware, so I'm going to hold off until I can read/hear a lot more about this. Like you guys, I'd really like to know their motive for doing this.
My assumption is that the vulnerabilities referenced here are the recently announced AMD Ryzen/EPYC vulnerabilities, not something about Gigabyte specifically.

F35e is a beta bios version--I cannot figure out why GB would want to put its customers in a beta bios that the customer cannot overwrite with an earlier bios if F35e has a nasty bug or two (in someone's system.) Maybe Stasio can figure this one out as I would like to know what GB's reasoning for doing this is all about.

forget this scaremongering about secure boot, UEFI firmware exploits from Sentinelone employees !
I'm interested in agesa 1.2.0.5 for my X570 Aorus Master. Asus already deployed it and has SMU updates for all CPUs.
I'm hoping this agesa fixes the low load / idle power cycles that's happening with 1.2.0.4 F34. F35 I'm not touching that with 10foot pole (VDDG bugs)
I need to run DF cstates and Global cstates off which looses about 100mhz boost clocks. I wouldn't complain but my Zen2 3900x is already garbage for boost clocks !

I have 2 Z690 Aorus Master's F6B with 12900k's and 2 x 32GB Crucial 4800 DDR5
Both machines are setup exactly the same with fresh os installs
Both have the exact same issues
Bugs i have found (Both PC's)
Using Custom XMP profile saved to the ram spd = retrain on every boot even reboot
Using DDR5 XMP Booster with the same settings = reboots fine, power up fine, Cold Power up Retrain
ARGB settings aren't applied at a hardware level so have to be set on every boot
Event Log Spam On Every Boot (Both PC's) (May be a driver so asking if anyone else is getting it)
The description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.
ACPI
2
Random Event log spam that shows up every time the E cores are parked (Both PC's)
I suspect this isnt gigabyte related but posting it anyway
as i need to look into either fixing it or stopping it being logged

Can someone please post a link (upload to Google Drive etc) to BIOS version F32b for Aorus X570 Master (Rev 1.2) - Gigabyte have removed this from their site and it's apparently one of the best for memory support.
I'm having trouble with current F34 and have read horrible reports on F35d/e.
