Yes, but most are pretty stable to use as daily driver. There are exceptions, but it doesn't happen often that a BIOS makes your system unusable. Even beta BIOSes are tested to a certain level, but not entirely thoroughly.
I have the X570 Master motherboard, version 1.0.
To be a 100% certain a BIOS doesn't cause problems, just wait a day after release and see if users have startup issues. If no comments, you're good to go.
The truth is that as long as I have the Motherboard, I didn't know that they are beta BIOS and I always Flash every time with the latest. I never had any issue.

Hi stasio , sorry to bother you but I've been trying to find beta BIOS for the GA-H97M-D3H (rev. 1.1 if it matters). Someone online says Gigabyte support provided them with version F8e which is probably what I need, but perhaps there are other unreleased beta BIOS versions. I've not had any luck with Gigabyte support yet as they so far refuse to acknowledge any BIOS exist that aren't on the support site. Finally found this thread after a lot of searching and if you happen to have access to F8e and can upload it I'd be very grateful. Wanting to enable the GC-TPM2.0 module. Thanks for your effort to maintain this thread.
I have F8d for the GA-H97M-D3H rev 1.0 if that would be helpful. No idea if it's the same for rev 1.1, but just now I downloaded the F8b for rev 1.0 and 1.1 from the GIGABYTE site and confirmed the are the same/have the same checksum.

For people having issues with installing updates for App Center and utils when you get a pop-up notification, installers for the new versions are available to download at https://www.gigabyte.com/Support/Utility (App Center B21.1102, SIV B21.1021 etc). The updates mention 600 series support.
I have a Z590 Vision D, it is extremely slow to start the display and do the POST process and then start booting Windows or Linux.
I've exchanged memories and everything, and with no success to solve this problem.
Besides this problem, I found that the IOMMU and VT-d function don't work, and installing an operating system like ANY Linux, all report problems in the ACPI tables.
It would be nice if Gigabyte fixed this problematic BIOS. I ended up testing it with a Z590M Gaming X, with the same memories, processor, gpu and PSU, and everything worked perfectly, the problem is with the Z590 and it was the SECOND I got with these problems.
Common sense would suggest leaving alone if youre on a release version that seems to be working fine. F13 was faster to boot than previous and the BT module issue was also improved and although the newer AGESA helped some people with USB disconnects I still cant use both USB from a pair at the same time. If anything is suspect with F13 its the long term stability of XMP.
When new CPUs are released then that's the best reason to upgrade the BIOS.

I updated my B550i Aurous PRO AX from F13 to F14 and so far so good. Only negative thing I've noticed so far is that my PC takes longer to boot into Windows.
Hi all.
I'm looking for bios F9D for GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK mentioned by @RobN
I contacted gigabyte support 2nd time but got nothing yet. If you have it, can you please upload it somewhere? Thanks in advance.
