F13 on B550i broke suspend mode in Linux(5.12.x kernels) as well. I'm sticking with F12 because none of the improvements in USB or bluetooth are worth losing suspend functionality.
I'd be surprised if they have a comprehensive and formal regression test process as BIOS release ops in Gigabyte is borderline unprofessional. The lack of detailed release notes is unheard of in any decent software organization. Do they provide different levels of details to OEM vendors using these products compared to DIYers? Completely regret getting lured by the idea of a system on the bleeding edge instead of picking up some barebones OEM stuff from office depot.

With F12 I have to use work-arounds like a BT dongle and only certain USB ports but even so I'm not rushing into F13 as its OK like that.
In any case there's no proof in release notes that F13 fixes those things and although users are brave to go quickly to F13 it takes a couple of weeks of user feedback before any real conclusions can be drawn.

On Linux aswell? It must be the F13 then
In Linux with F13, the system attempts to enter suspend mode(this is a low power sleep mode, not a hibernate, save state to hard disk and complete shut off), but immediately gets woken up without any user action. In effect it refuses to go to sleep.

Out of interest after updating to the stable f34 on my x570 aorus master, haven't yet had any more issues with the fTPM resetting over reboots or shutdowns like I did on f34a and f34b (and yes it I did re-enable after updating!) - seems (touch wood) maybe it was firmware related.
