I realize that you've probably already tried everything, but just in case you have not: update to latest drivers from intel website.
I also have B550 Aorus Pro AX and also had this issue of BT disappearing on a restart on several different beta BIOS versions couple of month ago, right after purchasing the board.
It is gone completely since I've updated my AX200 and BT drivers to latest ones at that moment.
I haven't had any issues with any of them ever since.
If that doesn't help: what about your windows power plan settings? Not sure if it had any effect on the issue, but mine is High performance with USB selective suspend disabled.
In any case, I definitely have no BT issues now and had them prior.
Thanks - I already have the latest Intel drivers (installed them as soon as the problem surfaced). At the moment, I don't really want to mess with the power settings as I like them the way they are. The improvement from F13h to F13l has been dramatic - I'd been using a BT dongle and now don't have to - and I can live with having to reset the darn thing once a week or so, if I have to. I'm optimistic that F13m (Patch B for the 1.2.0.3 AGESA) may improve things further.
Hi, all the F13x BIOSes for my B550 DS3H 1.X are gone from the website ?
Does someone know why is that?
I'm running F13H , should i be worried or downgrade it?

GB always removes the most recent Beta before replacing it with a new Beta or release version.
Last time they actually replaced it with an older Beta
This time they briefly uploaded a new release before taking it off again
If you were happy to load a Beta then you may as well stick with it, but some of us take a different approach to BIOS
- dont load Betas 2 seconds after they appear on GB site
- dont load Release versions 2 seconds after they appear on GB site
- dont load anything 2 seconds after they're linked from this thread

Yeah, should follow this rule, but had my USB issues, that thankfully got fixed with this BIOS, i was only wandering if it got removed because of some long term issues, or whatever, i don't seem to have any so far.
