There's not a lot we can do but I think next time I might go back to Intel/Asus.
The B550i with F12 is OK with XMP and rBAR and the 10.050 LAN driver is an improvement, but still needing to only use certain USB ports and a BT dongle with a year old motherboard is pretty poor.

I finally figured it out by unplugging my VR headset, booting my computer - and voila, there was the bios flash screen again. This occurs on my mobo even when the bios option to use the gpu in my top pcie x16 slot as my primary on boot is selected. Now every time a bios update is available I have to unplug my VR headset in order to get to the bios screen in order to flash the new bios. I then plug the VR headset back in and everything works fine (except of course it goes straight to Windows without displaying the bios splash screen).
No I do not. I think I initially did the install of the OS with CSM support Enabled close to 2yrs ago.

You can "enter" to BIOS on the next boot with the Gibagyte software (App Center + Fast Boot). It does not need to be always running.

Can you please get B550 VISION D-P board thunderbolt working in hackintosh. Ive tried 4 differnt bios and it worked once i think in 11.2 big sur. Its not working as of 11.4 big sur.
tried f11 to f12l no go.
I should know better with amd running thunderbolt but its been cool in windows for audio so far so it would be nice to get it working like the visond d board works fine
thanks, us audio guys need love too :D

That sounds more like a work-around to a bug. One should be able to access the bios during boot no matter what.
That being said, for windows 10. Go into Windows settings, Update and Security, Recovery, advanced startup, restart now -> Then it has an option to go directly to uefi bios on reboot. No additional software required.

X570 Aorus Xtreme F34c, was working well, just failed to POST after a reboot... continually looping with these debug codes:
Code:de ad 30 55 90
UPDATE: nevermind, this was likely bad PBO power limit settings on my end.

I bought a B550 Aorus Pro AX-based system three months ago, provided by a custom builder to my spec (I used to build from scratch but I couldn't beat their system price buying the individual components). It came with F13h and suffered from the disappearing BT module and a weird USB problem (the GUI of a specific app used to control a USB-connected audio interface is very laggy and unresponsive). It may also have occasionally dropped a USB connection but I never really confirmed that.
When F13i appeared (albeit briefly) on the Gigabyte site, I attempted to update but it failed due to "OEMid mismatch". My builder said there is a way to load a generic BIOS, but I decided to wait for them to get it from Gigabyte. Last weekend, they sent me F13l which I installed on Saturday. The audio interface app is much better - not perfect, but does not suffer the severe lags I was seeing with F13h. More importantly, the BT module has been rock solid since F13i was installed - it's survived five days so far and never managed more than two days without disappearing with F13h.

And I did try that option through windows 10 and unfortunately it did not work.
