GA-EP45-DS5 CPU fan, plz help

Hi again,

I now have my board and I'm trying to build my system. Everything semed to go fine till I tried to switch it on! Lots of lights and whirring noises but no CPU fan!

I've done the dummy checks and yes, it's plugged in etc. Where have I gone wrong?

Is your CPU supported by your board? Please post your full specs.

Did you plug in the 4-8Pin ATX 12V wire?

Please remove all but one ram stick in slot one, then try again

Simple things always getcha!!!

Use 8pin if your power supply has it, it will be better
