Water cooling you mean? If so, congrats on your first water setup!

Yes, my setup is watercooled, but WCG is for World Community Grid. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I 've been running Boinc client on WCG projects for Cancer & Muscular Dystrophy, giving 100% of processor time for them. So far it's been running 4 days without reboot at 100% CPU at the settings of my previous post.

Well, for 4+1 Phase VRM and the fact that has the SB600 grandpa, it's ok. Caps & Coils of the phases get a little hot when at 100% but with a 12cm side fan it's all ok.

Now it's on (no reboot) since the 20/4 running WCG. Ambient temps are still ok, but in half a month i'm sure the temps will rise, so maybe i'll downclock it a bit, to 3.5~3.6.

Sounds like a good solid cruncher anyway, since you don't use it for anything but that you could always add some crazy loud fans in it or open the case and add a huge fan :)

I set this machine up to use it for working at home, but since i get back 22:00 or later....it's a good thing that it's crunching :) ....

P.S. : Your 980xES / X58 seems like much more mean machine than my solid cruncher... :p

Haha, yes I do believe the X58 is a stronger board. I don't crunch myself, but I have seen the 980X doing some killer work at it too!
