GA-P35C-DS3R what do i do now?

Have v1x of board. Setup with bios Rev 2 and Vista went fine months ago and system ran pretty well. But lately have had all kinds of things going wrong with Vista. Lots and lots of BSODs.

So tried flashing bios to Rev 10 and now have no post. Tried burning Xpress Recovery disk and when I boot the system restarts over and over, nothing showing on screen.

Help.

Janus I bought it from Newegg on 8/31/07 I'm past my RMA with them.

Would Gigabyte take it back at this point?
