I'm having the same problem.
When i go in standby,it just keeps on rebooting.

an bios update would be great bc rma is not an option!

Maybe you need better settings set in your BIOS, can you post your settings for me? But just so you know, most ALL Gigabyte boards have issues with standby for some reason, I suggest NOT using it at all
