Asus N550JX legacy software

I recently needed to wipe the drive, reinstall windows, I am now missing some of the old software and functionality of the old set up. I think I've downloaded and installed everything on the Asus download page for this model. But things like the audio tweaking, the software to set the instant key button. Also I'd love to email Asus about this but I get lost in a morass of
"use our FAQ, data base" so any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
