Hello all,
Just bought an Asus GL753VE-DS74. Every time I set the BIOS to boot from the CD first and save that start-up process, it does not save it. The next time I insert a bootable CD, the computer continues to log in to Windows and once again, I have to go into the BIOS to reconfigure the boot menu despite the fact that the CD is set to boot first.
Do I have to go into the BIOS boot menu every time I want to boot from the CD? Once the option is set to boot from the CD and saved, shouldn't the computer do this automatically every time I have a bootable CD inserted?
Does anyone else have this issue or is this the way the BIOS is designed?
Thanks for your help.
