ASUS Q302 Left mouse button not working on bottom of Screen: start button, edge - Win 10

Hello

On my new ASUS Q302, the left mouse button is not working on the bottom of the screen. Can't left-click the Start button, access and type in Cortana, etc. Asus support is no help. So can't get to settings, etc.

Any ideas to fix this? Running Windows 10. Work previously in Win 7 and in Windows 10 until suddenly last week.
