In response to another question on BIOS and SATA, it was stated not to worry about the settings as the controller speed is 150 or 300.
How do I find the current speed?
How can I increase it?
Is it worth raising it, if possible, to improve my
ASUS P6X58D-E
Windows 7 Professional 64.
Intel I7 930
Kingston Non-ECC 1600MHz Unbuffered (DDR3, 1.65V, CL9, FBGA, Gold) XMP 12gb
Kingston SSDNOW 128gb
WD Black 500gb
I went to SYSTEM DEVICES and found the USB ROOT HUB settings say the devices are running at High Speed. Is the the 300mhz or is that a different device?
