Splendid Utility doesn't display properly on 125% text size

After doing a factory recover on my G73Jh where the default text size in Windows 7 is 125%, I've noticed that the Splendid Utility doesn't display properly at that size.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

It displays as intended on 100% text size.
