I found the double post went away with the last bios. But only when my clock speeds were put to 100Mhz.

Iv got mine OC'd to 4.5Ghz. and its fine.

The only issue I still continue to have is that it wont restart from sleep/hibernate. It jsut gives me a black screen like its always done :'(

do you have PLL Overvoltage disabled? also, try manually enabling all C-states if you haven't already.
