  • ASUS P5E64 WS Evolution problem with memory Corsair 2x2GB TW3X4G2000C9DF

    I use this memory http://www.corsair.com/_datasheets/tw3x4g2000c9df.pdf
the bottom ASUS P5E64 WS Evolution last BIOS: 0802. Problem is that whatever I do not want the memory to go over 1600Mhz let alone 500fsb and 2000Mhz. Which strap work properly on this motherboard and has a better BIOS than 0802 memory is placed in the first slot (blue).
CPU is Intel Q9450, video card, ASUS GTX 280, psu - Fortron Epsilon 700w.

    Hi legala,

I do not fully understand your question. Are you asking for the proper settings to run this memory @ 1600Mhz?

Do you have a total of 4GB RAM or 8GB? First, you can try the XMP profile for 2000Mhz and see how that works and if it doesn't work then I can help you manually set it to 2000Mhz.
