  • Onboard LAN not working after CMOS reset

    Hi there,

I was messing around to try to make my computer compatible for windows 11. I tried to change the EUFI setting or something. When it rebooted it was all dark and couldn't connect. I ended up taking out the battery and resetting the CMOS.

things are back to normal EXCEPT I cannot use my onboard LAN port. I connected 2 different ethernet cables which I confirmed are working on a different machine. When I go to Manager > Network Adapters -- I only see the wifi and bluetooth, I don't see any other one.

I downloaded the latest "realtek_Lan" driver from the ASrock website and still nothing....

I use my PC for everything right now and I really need to have my fast ethernet connected! I can't live with this horrible wifi speeds.

    what do I do?
