Hi,
As the title says, I'm having a 55 error code with the following memory:
G.Skill Ripjaws V 32GB (2X16GB) DDR4-3200 Desktop Memory - F4-3200C16D-32GVK
I bought two of these sets for 64gb of RAM.
It's not on the supported memory list, but the specs match the specs of the motherboard, as far as I can tell?
ASRock > X99 WS-E/10G
On the main page for the mobo, it says, "Supports Quad Channel DDR4 3200+(OC), with maximum capacity up to 128GB"
3200
Then you go to the RAM compatibility page, and it shows, for GSkill: 2133, 2400, 2666, 2800.
Contradicts itself.
ASRock > X99 WS-E/10G
I've double checked I am using the correct slots out of the 8. A1, B1, C1, D1. I have tried combinations of 1-4 modules, including each of the 4 modules on their own. Always error 55.
Can someone tell me where I am going wrong?
Thanks
JG
